The history of the earth in six days

While dangling from various sites looking for some quotes that I did make the intelligent figure during the inevitable discussions about Christmas pollution, climatic disasters, the seasons are no longer used to be etc.. I came across a phrase of David Brower, taken from "Le Nouvel Observateur:

condensed history of the Earth four billion years in six days.
Our planet was born Monday at zero.
Life begins at midnight on Wednesday and is evolving in all its beauty in the three following days.
appear Saturday at 16 large reptiles that are extinguished five hours later, at nine o'clock in the afternoon.
Man appears Saturday only night at midnight at least three minutes.
The birth of Christ is a quarter of a second before midnight.
missing one fortieth of a second when you start the industrial revolution.
Now it's Saturday night, midnight, and we are surrounded by people who believe that what they do to one-fortieth of a second can last forever.

What can I say? I 'always think these things are here. I do not think I can use this metaphor to the Christmas meal with relatives, including a plate of wild boar and a slice of pandoro, I'm afraid not understand.

Kay Fedewa Is A Bitch

NEW WINTER TIME AUTUMN POETRY AMONG OTHER PROJECTS

Here we are on these pages, and bloggari bloggisti the Net
After a long silence, I return to write and jot down a few lines on my bulletin board. What about all this time spent? No excuses and no justifications, just the lack of a real reason to go and write.

As I write, cold rain fell from the gray skies and misty tentacles are timid crawled between the logs wet, like a beautiful dream portrait from the pen of a skillful writer. Now I clean the cold wind and bright sky and the immense pool of the firmament is shiny like a high mountain lake.
Now we have started the last day of the Christmas period and then will be the New Year. Time to throw money after a year of major changes, both personally and for those aspects of reality that surrounds me. Small changes to a different route, alternative, real, essential.

Leave behind the goals of the spring and summer of disappointments, it remains just a straight line towards the future that are in store for some interesting surprises.
Stop a monotonous life whatsoever! Enough of the same faces and the usual politically correct! Every day each of us looking for that more time spent making the time made and done, not time wasted. Well, after this year's experience so far, I can say that I threw away so valuable time to service a group of people, but I also gained valuable time and made it for me, for my goals and my ambitions.
After so much unnecessary time spent on the other I knew where to direct my energies to a personal realization that I will pour out on others around me. I understand where to spend my strength because it is beautiful and value, not empty and meaningless because it addressed the wrong people.
A rush of selfishness? It can be, and I'm sure it is. But you can not fly with one wing truncated, said a former colleague of mine whom I respect very much for the sagacity and also for the fact that he is a writer and lover of art. I understood what my wing truncated, thus leaving the burden of a long rambling and thrown to the wind my way back to even, if necessary. Although I have the idea that just will not stay long in this long and difficult road, but straight.
I naturally like to thank all those around me, be they colleagues, Friends or doubtful elements in a group devoid of values \u200b\u200band compass. Because it is these people who build what we are daily direct us with their reactions and their answers.
Now I leave this excerpt of digital life to return to play my electric guitar and write the latest chapter of my "creation", a term which I call an arduous and ambitious literary project. The future will tell me if this is an illusion or a dream, but to qualify as a finalist for a major national competition, the opposite seems to say even now, after coming to a special year and the same, but always surprising.

I firmly believe that there are those who believe in dreams and those who believe in illusions. Dream is to find their vocation in the world so wide and charming in his chaotic life, illusion and wait for Prince Charming who will lead us away from everything on a white horse. Dream is a real and feasible project, a utopia is unattainable illusion.
greet you who follow these pages with an aphorism of Lawrence of Arabia (yes, him!) I've always liked and I identify with.
All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to discover the vanity of those images, but those who dream by day are dangerous men, because they can implement their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible.
Enjoy!
